How PlumStone will work for you:

Nature of Service

PlumStone provides a business support service to clients. We will work 'as is' or on long term contracts.

Confidentiality

PlumStone will uphold client confidentiality and current laws regarding content of data on any systems.

Pricing, Service Level and Response Times

PlumStone will supply you with a fixed price for the work. Service levels and response time will be agreed on an individual basis at contract stage though delay caused by circumstances outside of the direct control of PlumStone; for example lack of information, services, hardware or software, including services of 3rd parties may affect quoted delivery times.

Payment

PlumStone will invoice clients either following completion, at month end or in staged payments depending on the contract.

PlumStone will transfer any relevant copyright to the client once full payment has been received.

Data Security

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that any electronic data supplied to them by PlumStone is backed up and kept secure.

General

PlumStone shall not be liable if fulfilment of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances amounting to 'force majeure'.

Circumstances amounting to force majeure include any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid such as war, or threat of war, civil strife, riot, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, sickness, bad weather and acts of any Government or public authority and all similar events which are beyond our control.

PlumStone reserve the right to amend or change the Business Terms of Conditions as and when necessary.

The terms and condition here in do not effect clients statutory rights. If part of these terms is found to be unlawful, it shall not affect the validity of the remainder. Any dispute concerning these terms and conditions shall be subject to and governed by English Law.
